Gordon got back to me promptly and arranged to come over to give me a quote for re-plastering a bathroom ceiling. The quote was reasonable and in line with the other two quotes I received. He is knowledgeable, talking me through insulation options, and professional. Gordon and his colleagues arrived on time for the job and got it done in half a day. They were friendly, and all wore face-masks and respected social distancing. They have done a great job - the new ceiling looks great.
